Bringing Joy Back to Life Through the Power of Flow

The International Coach Academy recently published a research paper I wrote on bringing joy back into life through the power of flow.

In my work, I witness how many clients come to coaching not simply to achieve more, but to feel more: to rediscover joy, fulfillment, and meaning.

Building on the work of Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, this paper explores how flow sharpens focus, quiets inner noise, and restores meaningful engagement.

Flow is often misunderstood as simply going with life.

In reality, it asks for the intentional creation of conditions where energy sharpens, clarity deepens, and progress becomes natural.

For coaching, this shifts the focus from pushing for outcomes to creating the conditions where they emerge.
