Meet the Founder
Hello, I’m Tatjana, an ICF Professional Certified Coach, PCC, member of the International Coaching Federation, Career Counsellor, and founder of LOGIN Coaching.
I work with international professionals, expats, and career changers navigating life and career transitions. Combining reflective coaching with practical career strategy, I help clients clarify their direction, articulate their value, strengthen their professional positioning, navigate the Dutch labour market and job search, build professional networks, and secure roles aligned with their values and goals.
My own journey brings together business, recruitment, executive talent acquisition, coaching, counselling, and psychology. I hold a BBA in International Business for Asia from the Netherlands, am an ICF Professional Certified Coach, PCC, and am currently pursuing an MSc in Psychology at the University of Exeter in the UK.
To deepen my coaching practice, I completed one year of professional training at the International Coach Academy, exploring neuroscience, positive psychology, systems thinking, emotional intelligence, appreciative inquiry, and reflective inquiry. These disciplines continue to shape the way I work with clients today.
To date, I have supported professionals from 37 countries across sectors and functions including pharma, renewable energy, NGOs, technology, finance, consulting, marketing and communications, supply chain and operations, sales and business development, project management, and leadership. Through this work, I have seen how greater clarity and stronger positioning can lead to more focused decisions, more confident job searches, and roles that better align with individual strengths, ambitions, and values.
